From 2:30 to 4:30 PM The talk is on 2:30-4:30 at NWTCA. This work presents practical tools for change. People who participate in our workshops report significantly improved relationships, creativity, finances and eating habits. Many say their health and energy levels are better and that their mental functions and emotional stability are enhanced. We are told that victim hood and addictions drop away, spiritual health increases, and peace of mind becomes their normal and natural state. More about Dr. Ryce here: From 6:00 to 8:00 PM In this life we experience both mental and physical suffering. True healing comes when we can face the experience of suffering and illness with courage, while undertaking the causes that yield true wellness and happiness in the future. Tonight, Rinpoche will discuss how, through working with our present moment thinking, we can heal ourselves and others. More about Khenpo Choga Rinpoche here: Location for both sessions: Northwest Tibetan Cultural Association (NWTCA) Fee: $20 or by donation, no one turned away for lack of funds.
